CSM Academy International Group comprises CSM Academy International Pte Ltd, a private education institute established since 2005 specializing in healthcare education and has shareholdings in its first nursing home named Green Avenue Home for the Elderly.
Charis Manor Nursing Home is a mid to high-end boutique new age nursing home with some unique features such as a therapeutic garden for the elderly to breathe in aromatic air or try their hands in gardening. There is also an exclusive in-house restaurant with menu selection for their meals and a cafe for families to mingle when they visit.
It aims to expound the fact that old age is a time for celebration and enjoyment of life when one has fulfilled life’s responsibility to the family and society.
It is also designed to be dementia-friendly. There are regular activities for elderly residents to engage in which help in slowing down the process of dementia.
