SYPNOSIS
Wound assessment is the first step to wound care management. It acts as a baseline for the ongoing evaluation process. In order to achieve this process, a wound assessment tool is used to do timely and accurate documentation. In this presentation, 2 types of tools will be illustrated and demonstrated in the case studies.
