Service Quality Targets

As a trusted education provider, CSM Academy has a fair and reasonable refund policy for any payment made. We have close-loop feedback and complaint management system to gather, address all feedback and complaints.

Some of the service standards we uphold include:

Type of Requests / Services Response Time
Refund Policy The refunds made will be within seven (7) working days after notifying the student.
Feedback & Complaint Resolution To be resolved within 21 working days.
Release of exam results To be released not more than 3 months from date of exam.
Appeal result Within four weeks (for in-house courses) and not later than eight weeks (for courses administered by partner organisation) from the date of appeal.
