Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Lynn Chow is the Founder and CEO of CSM Academy International, a leading Singapore-based education institution established in 2005. With a strong background in education management and workforce development, she has led the Academy's growth in healthcare, business, and professional training.
A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, Lynn has forged strong partnerships with healthcare institutions, universities, and industry stakeholders while spearheading initiatives such as Charis Manor Nursing Home. Her vision continues to drive CSM Academy's mission of developing competent, compassionate, and future-ready professionals across Singapore and the region.
Allan Lee
Chief Operating Officer
Allan Lee is the Chief Operating Officer of CSM Academy International, where he oversees operational execution and marketing strategy to support the organisation's growth in healthcare education and workforce development. He brings more than 20 years of experience across digital marketing, media, and business management, with a career spanning the education and media sectors. Since transitioning into education in 2020, he has been actively involved in shaping industry-relevant training pathways and has earned recognition within the sector for his strong commercial and strategic impact.
He is a registered educator with the Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore and TAEPP. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Allan is a Mental Health Ambassador with MindsHeart Singapore, where he advocates for mental wellness, workplace resilience, and caregiver support. His advocacy work aligns with his broader focus on healthcare education and community wellbeing, particularly in strengthening emotional resilience among professionals in high-stress care environments.
Michael Yip
Corporate Services Director
Michael HW Yip is the Director of Corporate Services at CSM Academy International, bringing over 20 years of experience spanning supply chain management, data analytics, and operations excellence across multinational organisations. With a strong foundation in business intelligence, process optimisation, and cross-functional leadership, Michael oversees corporate governance, compliance, and institutional operations at CSM Academy.
He plays a key role in managing the Academy's partnerships and regulatory relationships. A committed lifelong learner, Michael is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computing (Business Analytics) at the National University of Singapore. His blend of industry experience and academic rigour continues to strengthen CSM Academy's operational capabilities and its mission of developing competent, future-ready professionals in healthcare and beyond.
Timothy-Lynn
Dean & Head of Academics
A registered nurse since 2003, Timothy Lynn brings over two decades of clinical and operational expertise across High Dependency, Intermediate Care, Liver Transplant, and Neurosurgery ICU settings. He spent nine years as a Financial Services Manager, equipping him with a rare blend of patient care acumen and business leadership.
As Managing Director and CEO of Heng-Gref International Assists Pte Ltd, Timothy oversees end-to-end medical transportation services by land, air, and sea—including compassionate repatriation of mortal remains. Since 2010, he has been actively involved in healthcare training and curriculum development, currently serving as Head of Academic at CSM Academy International, where he shapes the next generation of Singapore's healthcare workforce. His career reflects a steadfast commitment to clinical excellence, operational integrity, and advancing healthcare standards across the region.
