Lynn is the founder and the CEO of CSM Academy International. Before setting up CSM Academy, she has worked in a Multinational Corporation responsible for the service management function spanning Asia Pacific and Greater China as well as lectured part-time at a Polytechnic. She has also managed the operations of a not-for-profit education institute shortly after her graduation. As such, she understands and appreciates the dynamics of training in addition to the operations of a training business from her long working years at the not-for- profit training institution.
